Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and business.

• Obtain all required permits, licenses, inspections, and approvals.

• Verify all contractor qualifications, pricing, and work quality.

• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
   

Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals, contracts, invoices, or service agreements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

• Deposits may be required before work begins.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
   

Refund Policy
Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved in consulting and design services:

• Completed consultations are non-refundable.

• Completed deliverables are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   

Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Fettle House, including designs, reports, concepts, recommendations, graphics, text, photographs, and website content, remain the intellectual property of Fettle House unless otherwise agreed in writing.
